Refund Policy
Cancellation
Due to the made by order of products, returns or exchanges without valid reasons are not supported. If you need after-sales service for the product, please provide a complete unboxing video. Returns or exchanges are not supported without an unboxing video. Please make sure before placing your order.
Different production batches may result in slight variations in texture.
If it has been over 24 hours after the order was placed and we have already prepared your goods and scheduled shipment, but you still insist on canceling the order, we can only refund 60% of the total amount paid.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 24 hours after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Our products are shipped via international logistics; the destination country may impose import duties or VAT, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a package is refused due to import duties or taxes, we cannot provide a refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please keep a tracking number when sending your package as proof.
Motortownsuppliers is not responsible for lost return packages; it is the customer’s responsibility to locate the package with the mail carrier if it becomes lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please choose carefully when placing an order and be aware of our standard shipping times.
If the goods have already been dispatched and are in transit, and the scheduled delivery date has not been exceeded, and you still insist on a refund, we can only refund 60% of the total price.
Due to tariffs and other country-specific charges unrelated to Motortownsuppliers, customers must pay any required fees according to their local policies. We do not accept returns or refunds resulting from these charges.
We do not accept any refund for items that have already been received unless the seller is at fault (e.g., wrong item received or item arrives damaged). In such cases, please record a video of the unused products and send it to us. Once confirmed, we will arrange a return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable. Klarna and Afterpay cannot be used for gift card purchases.
Klarna and Afterpay cannot be used for booking services or consultations.
Free gift items are randomly selected and cannot be chosen.
Upon receiving your package, please check for any damages.
If there is damage, an unboxing video must be recorded.
The unboxing video is the only accepted proof for after-sales service.
Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank—processing times may vary.
